“We needed two brand new TVs mounted on the walls in the bedroom and living room, one using the supplied mount and the other using a mount we bought on our own. Nathan did an amazing job. He arrived on time and ready to do the job. He was very knowledgeable and installed them both quickly. And he was very neat and cleaned up any mess he made, which was very little. Most importantly, Nathan was very personable and patient and took the time to answer any questions we had. He was careful to ask for our input about placement so that we could get the most enjoyment from the TVs. When he finished each install, he expertly programmed the televisions so they were using their full potential. He also gave us some recommendations for future improvements once our cable system upgrades to fiber optics. It's impossible to recommend Nathan enough for his professionalism, expert knowledge, and honesty. His prices were fair and he was transparent, carefully breaking down his charges for us. We appreciated that! If you live in Laguna Woods, he has installed many TVs in the area for many of our residents. He is very patient which is important since we tend not to be very tech savvy. “I had a 33” tv already mounted in my bedroom and needed that swapped out for a 55” tv. I spoke with Nathan and told him what was needed. Not only was he easy to talk to but he also offered to order a new bracket for the bigger tv and bring it to me. Nathan was AMAZING! He is a pro and definitely knew his stuff. He took down the smaller tv and installed the bigger tv without any issues. Not only that but he also had several little tricks that he implemented to enhance my viewing pleasure.
